Peter Adam is the Principal of Ridley College, Melbourne, Australia, where he leads the College, lectures in theology, mentors students, and preaches in Chapel.

Peter was trained for the ministry at Ridley, and ordained in Melbourne. He has studied in England and lectured at St John's College, Durham, and was minister of St Jude's Carlton in Melbourne for 20 years.

He has published four books: The Majestic Son: A Commentary on Hebrews; Speaking Godís Words: A Practical Theology of Preaching; Hearing Godís Words: Exploring Biblical Spirituality; and Written for us: Receiving God's words in the Bible, and a number of booklets on Spirituality and Church History.

Peter has spoken at conventions and conferences for preachers in England, Scotland, Pakistan, India, and New Zealand.

He enjoys reading history and fiction, playing the piano, and being walked by his dog George.

Melvin Tinker is Vicar of St John's Newland in Hull, and Chairman of the Yorkshire Gospel Partnership and Director of Yorkshire Training. He read Theology at Oxford University following a career as a Biology teacher. He is a former chaplain to Keele University, speaker and writer whose books include: Why do bad things happen to good people?; Alien Nation, Body Beautiful; Road to Reality; Evangelical Concerns; Close Encounters; and Tales of the Unexpected.

He is married to Heather, with three grown up sons, two of whom are in full time Christian Ministry. He enjoys walking, model making and cinema.

John Woodside was called to fulltime ministry in his mid-30s after a career in science teaching and agricultural research. He has ministered in Kilkenny, Ballywillan (Portrush) and now serves as minister of Drogheda Presbyterian Church. He is married to Sandra, a former IFES staffworker who teaches French. They have three boys: Andrew (24), Peter (18) and Johnny (16).
